Our football program is on the rise. So much work and effort is being put into
this program to reach levels it has never seen before. The main factor behind our growing success is the culture that we have created.

Players are being held to a high standard and are expected to behave in a responsible, selfless and honorable manner. We as coaches, are working to teach the game of football, but more importantly create good men. Men that are great employees, productive citizens, and loyal husbands and fathers.

While that time may seem far away, the character we build now will impact
them for the rest of their lives. As parents, we can not ask our players to meet these high expectations and not meet them ourselves. You as parents are essential to our success. We ask a few things of you: that you reinforce your players' effort, and positive attitude. We ask that you as a fan, stay positive and never belittle or insult a player, coach, or ref. We ask that you support, encourage, and appreciate all the work it takes to be a coach. Coaches are not perfect, but neither is anyone around you.

Overall, we ask that you, as the parent, be a part of our culture. Any behavior
that goes against our culture and has a negative impact on what we are
building here at Triton, will not be tolerated. We all have one thing in
common, we love our players and want the best for them. I look forward to
seeing the support and encouragement from you, your son’s biggest fan. Let’s
continue to build the Triton Football Program together.
